How To Make Banana Pancakes with Crispy Bacon & Syrup
Delicious and fluffy banana pancakes topped with crispy bacon and drizzled with syrup.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
- Maple syrup, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Drop 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the banana pancakes topped with crispy bacon and drizzle with maple syrup.
