How To Make Greek Pork Patties with Radish Tzatziki

- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- For the Radish Tzatziki:
- 1 cup grated radishes
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, oregano, dill, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.

Shape the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and browned.

Meanwhile, prepare the radish tzatziki by combining the grated radishes, Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Stir well to combine.
