How To Make Polish Noodles

Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

  3. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the butter.

  4. Stir in the cottage cheese and sour cream until well combined.

  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until heated through.

  6. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped dill.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
