Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and eggs.

  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  4. Place the meat mixture in a greased loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf shape.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
