How To Make Venison Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix together ground venison, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it into a greased loaf pan.

In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
