
How To Make Glazed Meatloaf
Made with ground beef and breadcrumbs, this crumbly meatloaf recipe includes a rich ketchup-balsamic glaze for an elegant twist on the classic dish.

Ingredients
- 2lbslean ground beef
- 1small onion,chopped
- 3tbspfresh parsley,chopped
- ¾cupItalian bread crumbs
- ½cupmilk
- 1tbspworcestershire sauce
- 2eggs
- 1tspgarlic powder
- salt and pepper,to taste
For Glaze:
- ¼cupketchup
- 1tbspbalsamic vinegar
- 1tbspbrown sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl combine beef, onion, parsley, Italian breadcrumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Use hands to mix until combined being careful not to overmix. Press into a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Glaze:

In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar. Brush ½ of the mixture on the top of the meatloaf.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes. Brush the remaining glaze on top the last 10 minutes. Bake until the beef is cooked throughout and reaches 160 degrees F.
