- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, garlic, parsley, allspice, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
