Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, cilantro, onion, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.

In a large saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chili powder, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add black beans and diced tomatoes to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
