How To Make Spanish Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 lb of chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into small pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into small pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into small pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into small pieces
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the marinade. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.

Alternately thread the chicken, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.

Place the skewers on the preheated grill or grill pan and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Once the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred, remove from the grill.
