Ingredients

  • 8 slices of Spanish ham
  • 4 slices of crusty bread
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of crusty bread until golden brown.

  2. Place two slices of Spanish ham on each slice of toasted bread.

  3. In a bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, a drizzle of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Spoon the tomato mixture over the Spanish ham.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
