- 4 jalapeno peppers
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste

Begin by roasting the jalapeno peppers. Place them on a baking sheet and broil them in the oven until the skin is blistered and charred.

Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool. Once cooled, remove the skin, stems, and seeds.

In a food processor or blender, combine the roasted jalapeno peppers, minced onion, minced garlic, diced tomato, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Pulse until desired consistency is reached.
