  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, then coat in the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Fry the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

  5. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
