  • 3 pounds country-style pork ribs, western style work too
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon


  1. Mix everything in your crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hours.
