- 4 cups frozen Tater Tots®
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

Arrange the frozen Tater Tots® in an even layer in the prepared baking dish. Top with cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the Tater Tots® and bacon.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
