Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen Tater Tots®
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

  2. Arrange the frozen Tater Tots® in an even layer in the prepared baking dish. Top with cooked bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Pour the egg mixture over the Tater Tots® and bacon.

  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

  5. Sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving. Enjoy!
