How To Make Bacon Wrapped Tater Tot Bombs
These tater tot bombs is a party in your mouth, made with a combination of potatoes and rich melted cheese, wrapped in crispy and sticky caramelized bacon.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 24tater tots,used Cascadian Organic, or any cylinder shaped tot
- 24sharp cheddar cheese slices,tater tot-sized, but thinly sliced
- 12bacon slices,thick cut, cut in half
- ¾cuplight brown sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

When cutting the sharp cheddar cheese, cut them the same height and width as the face of the tot; making sure that the squares are thin.

Roll each tater tot with a piece of cheese on it in the piece of bacon. Roll just tight enough to not leave extra slack.

Add the brown sugar to a small bowl, then dip each bacon tater tot bomb in the brown sugar, or pat down on it lightly.

Place each one in the baking pan, bacon seam side down.

Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes or until bacon is browned.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
