Ingredients
- 1 lb sweet potatoes, dry
- 2 cups apricot halves
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp orange peel
- 1 cup apricot juice
- ½ cup pecan halves
- 2 tbsp butter
- ⅓ cup water

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
