How To Make Venison Bolognese Recipe
A hearty meat sauce made with ground venison, tomatoes, and herbs, perfect to serve over pasta.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef or venison broth
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground venison.

Add the diced onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Pour in the broth, crushed tomatoes, and tomato paste. Stir well.
