Ingredients

  • 2 lbs squash, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the squash slices, Dijon mustard, Gruyère cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, thyme leaves, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
