Ingredients

  • 6 sausages, sliced
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

  2. In a skillet, cook the sliced sausages until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper together.

  4. Spread the cooked sausages evenly in the prepared baking dish.

  5. Pour the egg mixture over the sausages.

  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onions on top.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and golden.

  8. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
