How To Make Ground Sausage Breakfast Casserole
A hearty and satisfying breakfast casserole made with ground sausage, eggs, and cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices of bread, cubed
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Brown ground sausage in a skillet and drain any excess oil.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs and then stir in cooked sausage, shredded cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.

Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread cubed bread on the bottom.

Pour egg and sausage mixture over bread and spread evenly.

Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
