Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package (6 ounces) stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the chicken breasts in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and sour cream. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix, melted butter, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Sprinkle the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken and soup mixture.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  7. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
