How To Make Grandma’s Corn Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 cups of corn kernels
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a blender, add 1 cup of corn kernels and milk. Blend until smooth.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs. Add flour, sugar, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Stir in the blended corn mixture and the remaining 1 cup of corn kernels into the mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
