  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup of diced onions
  • 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes.

  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.

  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
