Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, tuna, frozen peas, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly.

  4. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle it over the casserole.

  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is heated through.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
