How To Make Seared Beef with Orange & Chilli

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
- 2 oranges, juiced and zested
- 2 red chillies, finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the orange juice and zest, chopped chillies, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.

Place the beef slices in a separate bowl and pour the marinade over them. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until nicely browned and cooked through.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.

In the same skillet, pour the remaining marinade and cook for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.

Serve the seared beef on a platter, drizzle the sauce over it, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
