How To Make Salmon Rarebit

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.

In a bowl, mix together the grated cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice until well combined.

Spoon the cheese mixture evenly over each salmon fillet, spreading it out to cover the entire surface.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly and the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
