How To Make Smoked Fish & Cherry Tomato Rarebit

Ingredients
- 4 slices of smoked fish
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven until lightly golden.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Place the smoked fish slices on the toasted bread slices. Top with cherry tomato halves.

Spoon the butter mixture over the fish and tomatoes, making sure they are well coated.

Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top.

Place the baking sheet back in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve hot as an appetizer.
