How To Make Rosemary Bacon Mushrooms

Perhaps you’ll never have mushrooms in any other way after you try our rosemary bacon mushrooms that’s bursting with flavor, and grilled to perfection!

  • 2slicesraw bacon,chopped
  • 1tbsponion,minced
  • 8ozportobello,sliced, brown, or white mushrooms, or any combination of the 3
  • 1clovegarlic,minced
  • tsprosemary,fresh
  • ½tspground black pepper,fresh
  • 1tbspbutter
  • 3tbspwhite wine
  • 1tspsoy sauce


  1. Cook the bacon and onion over medium-high heat, until fragrant and the bacon is mostly cooked through.

  2. Add the butter to the pan and melt. Add the mushrooms, garlic, rosemary, and pepper.

  3. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring infrequently for about 6 minutes until juices are released.

  4. Add in the white wine and soy sauce. Turn the heat up to high for about 1 minute.

  5. Serve hot.
