How To Make Quick Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp of paprika
  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp of onion powder
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to make the dry rub.

  3. Place the baby back ribs on a baking sheet and evenly coat both sides with the dry rub.

  4. Place the ribs on the grill or in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

  5. Brush BBQ sauce onto the ribs and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes, until the ribs are tender and the sauce is caramelized.

  6. Remove the ribs from the grill or oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
