Instructions

  2. Rub the mixture generously onto your choice of meat, such as ribs, chicken, or pork.

  3. Let the meat sit with the dry rub for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  5. Grill the meat, turning occasionally, until cooked through and charred, about 20-25 minutes.

  6. Remove the meat from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
