How To Make O’Charley’s BBQ Ribs Recipe
Classic BBQ ribs coated with a lip-smacking dry rub and slow-cooked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back pork ribs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 275°F.

Mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to create the dry rub.

Rub the dry rub onto both sides of the racks of ribs.

Place the ribs onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 2.5-3 hours until tender.

Brush BBQ sauce onto both sides of the ribs and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Slice and serve hot.
