This bacon-wrapped chicken recipe is great as an appetizer at any party. The crispy bacon tastes especially good with the brown sugar and chili dry rub.
How To Make Bacon Wrapped Chicken Pieces
Defrost or thaw chicken.
Cut chicken breasts into roughly 1-inch pieces, about 15 pieces per breast.
- Mix brown sugar and chili powder together.
Cut bacon into thirds.
Wrap 1 piece of bacon around a piece of chicken and poke a toothpick through.
Roll in the brown sugar and chili mixture.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve.
