Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef short ribs
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to make the dry rub.

  3. Rub the dry rub all over the short ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are nicely charred and cooked to your desired doneness.

  5. Brush the BBQ sauce onto the ribs during the last few minutes of grilling, allowing it to caramelize.

  6. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
