How To Make Easy Grilled Quail

Ingredients
- 4 quails
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Pat the quails dry with paper towels. Brush the olive oil mixture all over the quails.

Place the quails on the grill, breast side down, and grill for about 7-8 minutes per side, until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Remove the quails from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve the grilled quails with lemon wedges and enjoy!
