- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed

- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves, for serving

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast, diced apple, celery, grapes, and toasted walnuts.
