  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed

  • 1 cup halved seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast, diced apple, celery, grapes, and toasted walnuts.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until well coated.

  4. Serve the chicken Waldorf salad on lettuce leaves.
