How To Make Drunk Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine white wine, soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, making sure they are fully submerged. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for better flavor.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Take out the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.

  4. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  6. Serve the drunk chicken hot with your favorite side dishes.
