How To Make Barbecued Pork Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, ketchup, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.

Add the pork shoulder cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated pork cubes onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

Grill the skewers for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and nicely charred.

Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
