Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, cream cheese, and chopped parsley.

  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place the seasoned turkey breast in the center.

  4. Spread the cranberry sauce mixture on top of the turkey breast.

  5. Fold the puff pastry over the turkey, sealing the edges.

  6. Brush the beaten egg over the pastry to give it a golden color.

  7. Place the wrapped turkey on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour or until the pastry is golden brown and the turkey is cooked through.

  8. Allow the Wellington to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
