How To Make Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4chicken breasts,tenderloin removed, 6 oz pieces
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ½tspblack pepper,coarse ground
  • ¼cupolive oil
  • 1cupparmesan cheese,shredded
  • 1cuppanko bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and olive oil, rubbing it on until evenly covered.

  3. Mix the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a medium bowl.

  4. Press the chicken into the breadcrumb mixture until well covered. Transfer to the baking pan.

  5. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes, flipping them over halfway through cooking very carefully with a spatula.

  6. Serve warm, and enjoy!
