Total: 25 minutes

  • 8 eggs
  • 4 tbsp heavy cream
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 4 tbsp grated Gruyere cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease four oven-safe ramekins.

  2. Crack two eggs into each ramekin, being careful not to break the yolks.

  3. Pour 1 tbsp of heavy cream over each set of eggs.

  4. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and grated Gruyere cheese evenly over the eggs.

  5. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the whites are set and the yolks are still slightly runny.

  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
