  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen cherries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and cocoa powder.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, vanilla extract, and almond milk.

  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.

  5. Gently fold in the frozen cherries.

  6. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the edges are crisp and the center is set.

  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
