How To Make Cherry Oat Squares with Chocolate Drizzle

Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, honey, and melted coconut oil. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Stir in the dried cherries and optional nuts into the oat mixture.

Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the lined baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing into squares.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until smooth and melted.
