Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.

  2. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture to the dish and press it down firmly using the back of a spoon or your hands.

  3. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the bars to set.

  4. Once set, remove the bars from the refrigerator and cut them into desired sizes.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
