How To Make Mounds Coconut Granola Recipe
Delicious and crunchy granola with coconut and chocolate flavors.

Ingredients
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together oats, shredded coconut, and chopped almonds.

In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil.

Stir in maple syrup, honey, salt, and cocoa powder until combined.

Pour coconut oil mixture over oat mixture and stir to coat.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Let cool completely and stir in mini chocolate chips.
