Ingredients

  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, shredded coconut, and chopped almonds.

  3. In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil.

  4. Stir in maple syrup, honey, salt, and cocoa powder until combined.

  5. Pour coconut oil mixture over oat mixture and stir to coat.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  7. Let cool completely and stir in mini chocolate chips.

  8. Serve with yogurt or milk.
