  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 lb new potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large baking dish, arrange the chicken breasts and new potatoes.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
