- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1 tbsp of chopped thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Grease four ramekins and place them on a baking sheet.
