How To Make Caprese Baked Eggs

- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Crack 2 eggs into each of four ramekins.

Divide cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil evenly between the ramekins.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.
