How To Make Morel Mushroom and Gruyere Quiche Recipe
A savory and delicious quiche with earthy morel mushrooms and nutty gruyere cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup sliced morel mushrooms
- 1 cup grated gruyere cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add sliced mushrooms and sauté until tender.

Place pre-made pie crust in a 9 inch pie dish.

Layer grated gruyere cheese and sautéed mushrooms in the pie shell.

Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl and pour over the mushrooms and cheese in the pie shell.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the quiche is set and lightly golden.

Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before serving.
