How To Make Baked Egg in Spinach Nest
Baked eggs nestled in a bed of sautéed spinach, topped with cheese and baked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease 4 ramekins with cooking spray.

In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide spinach evenly among ramekins, forming a well in the center of each.

Crack an egg into each well. Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper.

Top each egg with shredded cheddar cheese.

Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until egg whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness.
