How To Make Recipe Easter Egg Nest Cookies
These cute and easy-to-make cookies are perfect for Easter!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- Mini chocolate eggs or jelly beans
Instructions

In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.

Stir in the salt and flour until a dough forms.

Fold in the shredded coconut.

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Shape the dough into small nests on the baking sheet.

Press three mini chocolate eggs or jelly beans into each nest.

Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
